RemoFirst Launches AI-Native Global Employment Platform With RemoAI

RemoFirst recently launched RemoAI, a conversational AI experience designed to simplify global hiring, payroll, compliance, and workforce management. 

Over the past year, RemoFirst rebuilt its platform around artificial intelligence and is now one of the first major EOR providers to call itself an AI-native global employment platform.

AI is now integrated throughout the employment lifecycle. The RemoFirst platform uses AI to surface pending tasks, draft documents, identify payroll inconsistencies, answer employment questions, and assist with compliance across more than 185 countries. 

However, that doesn’t mean AI is overseeing everything. RemoFirst employees continue to manage complex decisions and to provide customer support. 

The goal is to make international hiring faster and more accessible without replacing expert guidance.

Right now, RemoAI includes two AI agents:

• Global Recruiter Agent, which helps companies evaluate hiring locations by providing country-specific employment guidance, salary benchmarks, talent availability, purchasing power comparisons, and total employment cost estimates.
  
  
• Task Manager Agent, which organizes HR tasks such as expense approvals, timesheets, and leave requests, allowing teams to prioritize work based on urgency and deadlines.

There are also several additional AI capabilities currently in development at the company. 

An Analyst Agent will provide workforce reporting and insights, while an AI Job Description Generator will create editable, compliant job descriptions and flag any potentially problematic language in employment listings. 

The company is also working on RemoHire, an AI-powered recruiting solution that helps companies source, screen, and evaluate candidates before sending them directly into their existing applicant tracking system.

RemoAI is powered by RemoFirst's proprietary employment data, including compliance requirements, payroll workflows, onboarding processes, customer support history, and country-specific employment knowledge. 

When AI cannot confidently answer a question, requests are escalated to a dedicated Customer Success Manager with all relevant context attached.

The new AI capabilities are currently rolling out through an early access program. The Global Recruiter Agent and Task Manager Agent are available now, while additional AI agents and features are expected to launch later this year. RemoHire remains in beta ahead of broader availability.

RemoFirst provides Employer of Record services in more than 185 countries and offers pricing starting at $199 per employee per month per employee and $25 per person per month for contractors.
